Founded in 2005, Keadjian Associates, a leading strategic communications and management consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to begin work immediately. The agency specializes in strategic communications and public engagement campaigns around some of our clients' largest, most complex challenges and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in graphic design. The candidate will have experience translating complex ideas into compelling visuals that support our clients' missions, elevate their brands and drive meaningful engagement.

Expected Salary: This position offers a base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 (approximately $29 to $36 per hour), alongside industry-leading benefits such as end-of-year profit sharing and a performance bonus program for eligible employees. While we anticipate that the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed near the entry or midpoint of the salary range, the starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including years of experience, relevant experience type, education and more.
Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program for eligible team members, with bonuses awarded based on performance and contributions at the
Company's sole discretion. Additionally, eligible team members can participate in the Company's 401(k) Program, with competitive employer contributions. The Company pays 100% of premiums for medical, dental and vision benefits for team members and covers 30% of spouse/dependent coverage, with buyup options available for additional premiums and spouse/dependent coverage.
