Description:

Position Summary

Load and unload trucks; organize and rotate inventory orders; monitor warehouse temperatures; and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Receive and process product orders.
  • Support inventory accuracy, including reviewing inbound documentation, product receipt, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Assemble and stage product orders for presale and onboard sales routes.
  • Receive inbound truckloads; unload, store, and assist with shipping outbound truckloads.
  • Report inbound overages, shortages, or damaged product to leadership.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
  • Organize and rotate product in warehouse coolers or freezers to prevent spoilage.
  • Report and follow up on product quality complaints; ensure affected product is blocked in SAP and physically held in the warehouse.
  • Assist with weekly bad condition reconciliations and upload supporting documentation to the shared folder.
  • Process and document product returns and disposal of outdated products.
  • Report cooler and freezer repair needs, material handling equipment maintenance issues, and pallet disposal or acquisition needs.
  • Monitor warehouse temperatures and perform equipment inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One (1) year of warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Pallet jack and forklift certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience using material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Experience working with food products

Environmental / Working Conditions
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and various shifts (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd)
  • Ability to work in temperature conditions between 35°F and 95°F, with occasional exposure above 95°F

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
  • Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
  • Noise levels range from normal office levels to loud
