Director of Business Development | Cross-Border Payments

I'm currently partnering with a global FinTech leader in cross-border payments on a confidential search for a Director of Business Development to help drive their next phase of enterprise growth.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role focused on building and expanding enterprise relationships across key markets. You'll play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market motion and unlocking new strategic partnerships.

What we're looking for:

• Deep experience in cross-border payments (non-negotiable)
• Background in FinTech or a large Financial Services institution (ideally banks)
• Proven track record of enterprise sales — landing and expanding large, complex clients
• Strong hunter mentality — this is a net-new, BD-focused role
• Experience navigating complex, global sales cycles
