Senior Electrical Engineer - Power & Utilities
Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - 2 Days/Week in Office)

You will lead an electrical engineering team delivering advisory services and detailed engineeringdesign solutions across utility and power market sectors. This position offers true "end-to-end" project involvement from concept development and client advisory to detailed design and full execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering teams across utility and power projects
- Engage directly with clients to evaluate energy needs and develop solutions
- Provide consulting, design management, and project management expertise
- Support proposal development and project execution planning
- Develop scope definitions and man-hour estimates
- Contribute to business growth strategy and strategic pursuits
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Support Owner's Engineer, advisory, and technical due diligence roles
- Travel as needed (typically less than 25%)
You will collaborate closely with Client Account Managers and sales teams on strategic pursuits and play a key role in expanding energy transition initiatives.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (or Advanced Degree) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering
- Majority of experience in Utility / Power projects
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any US state)
- Ability to acquire additional state licensure if required
- Experience in engineering design and/or consulting
- Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in Fort Worth office or client site)
- Willingness to travel as needed
