Century Group is partnering with a Napa Valley company to help them find a General Manager to join their team. The General Manager will oversee all company functions with a specific focus on sales and operations and will have reporting responsibilities to the CEO, CFO and VP of Sales.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to 175,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of office and Warehouse Operations.
• Oversee all supply chain functions including Logistics and Fleet Operations.
• Manage Equipment leasing and repair.
• Communicate business results to Management Team and CEO.
• Develop and drive programs and initiatives to increase sales, reduce operating costs, increase operating efficiencies and improve profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years experience in Sales and Operations.
• Prior experience managing a subsidiary location reporting to a parent company.
• Strong Management skills - excellent team building and communication skills.
