Position Summary
The Business Analyst, Supplemental Benefits Implementation is responsible for delivering high-quality supplemental benefit solutions that power CVS Flex Benefits across Medicare and commercial portfolios. This role owns requirements development, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end implementation of new or enhanced benefits.
You will ensure benefit designs are accurate, operationally scalable, compliant, and launched on time-supporting enterprise growth and an exceptional member experience.
