The Opportunity

As Financial Accountant, you will manage accounting functions across multiple entities, including real estate partnerships, corporate operations, and personal financial accounts. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and process improvements within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers across multiple entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Varied accounting projects
• Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Communicate with team members throughout the organization
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and internal controls

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate, property management, or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
• Experience with accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• High level of discretion, accuracy, and organizational skill
• A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
