What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead regional operations, overseeing both administrative and field activities
  • Own project financial performance, including cost control, estimating oversight, subcontracting, and billing
  • Maintain a strong, professional presence while fostering a culture of accountability and quality
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members, including hiring and training
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve complex project and client challenges
  • Assign projects strategically and balance team workloads for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and executed on time and within budget
  • Evaluate and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
  • Support and collaborate with local and national sales teams to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
  • Review contracts, monitor job progress, and ensure compliance with plans and codes
  • Oversee billing and collections to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively
  • Review and report on weekly sales and operational performance
What You Bring to the Table
  • Solid experience in construction operations, with multi-family experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including profit and loss accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with systems like NAV, Procore, or Sage is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%+)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
