Quality Manager (Growth to Director)

We are working with an innovative, high-growth pharmaceutical company developing cutting-edge anti-infective technologies aimed at transforming how infections are treated.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute Quality Assurance activities in a fast-paced environment
• Support product launch readiness and ensure GMP compliance
• Own CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and quality systems
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and quality processes
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams
• Support audits and regulatory inspections
• Help build and scale the Quality function

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with CAPA, deviations, and investigations
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
• Ability to operate independently and solve complex problems
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
