Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff/Assistant located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Chief of Staff/Assistant will support executive leadership with strategic planning, coordinate cross-functional projects, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting data analysis, handling communications, and ensuring smooth workflow and operations across teams. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to this role's success.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting reports and correspondence
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and xywuqvp presentation software
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment
• Background in finance is beneficial
• Experience in a similar Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or strategy-focused role is beneficial
• A passion for technology, particularly artificial intelligence, is highly desirable
