Lipid Nanoparticle Delivery & Characterization

We're currently working exclusively with an early stage biotechnology company in the San Francisco Bay Area developing advanced delivery technologies for gene editing therapeutics.

They are looking to bring in a Scientific Research Associate / Associate Scientist to support the development and optimisation of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems used to package and deliver gene editing payloads.

This role will focus on the hands-on formulation and characterisation of LNPs, working closely with senior scientists to generate and evaluate new delivery systems. The position will involve laboratory work across lipid formulation, particle characterisation, and in vitro screening, contributing to the advancement of delivery programs toward preclinical development.

This individual will work closely with a senior delivery scientist and cross functional teams across biology and analytical groups in a collaborative early stage research environment.
