The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the project team in managing construction projects from inception through closeout, including procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination. This individual should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, procurement, and contract review
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors to support project execution
• Monitor project progress, costs, and productivity to ensure successful delivery
• Support safety planning and maintain compliance with project requirements
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business preferred
• 3+ years of experience supporting construction project management teams, drywall Subcontractor experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Quickbid, or OST is a benefit
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with construction processes and best practices
