Under the general direction of the Employee Relations Officer (Supervisor I), the Labor Relations Analyst (Labor Coordinator) is responsible for technical labor relations staff work. The Labor Coordinator advises and assists managers and supervisors in the interpretation and application of laboragreements, codes, and laws. The Labor Coordinator investigates grievances and complaints and develops suggested responses. You will serve as the hospital designee at labor/management meetings, coordinate with Department of State Hospitals Labor Relations and other state hospital labor relations staff. The Labor Coordinator responds to inquires form employees regarding labor/management relations and hospital policies, procedures, and practices. Labor Coordinator's maintain and promote effective working relationships with labor organizations.
