We need a scientist who can lead—not just manage.

The Role

You'll be the person who ensures our data is world-class.

  • Run day-to-day operations across multiple concurrent projects — tracking progress, hitting deadlines, nothing falls through the cracks
  • Own data quality end-to-end — personally examine, validate, and enforce scientific rigor at every stage
  • Manage a distributed network of PhD expert contractors — recruit, brief, review, and iterate
  • Translate client scientific needs into precise data specifications and collaborate with AI engineers to improve data generation pipelines

You're a scientist first. You understand the science. You ensure the quality. You build the system.

You

  • Hands-on experience managing expert contributors and owning data quality delivery at a tech-enabled scientific data or AI training data company(required)
  • Proven ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously under real deadline pressure(required)
  • PhD in life sciences — biology, bioinformatics, pharmacology, or related (strong plus)
  • Pharma/biotech domain experience(strong plus)
  • Detail-obsessed, fast-moving, builder mentality
