Service Manager

Maximize Every Account. Win New Business. Lead the Charge in Sonoma County.

We're looking for a Service Manager ready to dominate the Santa Rosa market.

In this high-energy role, you'll lead both internal sales growth through the route team and external market expansion through the outside sales team. You'll be the one setting the pace, driving accountability, and making sure every opportunityfrom upselling an existing customer to winning a major new accountis captured.

What You'll Do

• Lead the route sales team to identify up-selling opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
• Drive outside sales performance by coaching, prospecting, and improving closing rates.
• Develop branch-wide sales campaigns aligning internal and external teams.
• Partner with operations to ensure service excellence supports sales promises.
• Monitor KPIs and keep a visible scoreboard for team accountability.
• Recognize and celebrate wins to keep energy high and competition healthy.
• Represent the branch at customer and community events.

• Manage and run service routes, deliver and pick up chemicals, upsell and cross-sell products, handle emergency calls, negotiate service renewals and pricing, and ensure timely customer payments and account follow-up.
