Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist travelers in planning their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.

Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.

Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.

Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
