We are seeking a Dispatch Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of Vivalon's Transportation Services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between drivers, agency partners, program staff, and client guardians. Some of the coordinator's roles will be: making route adjustments, performing dispatch communications, maintaining queue logs, and preparing operational reports to support service efficiency and quality.
