Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week; most weeks closer to 40 hours
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM shifts
- 1-hour lunch break

Your Experience & Attributes:
- Strong clinical skills in hospital-based or outpatient physical therapy
- Previous outpatient PT experience preferred
- Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus
- Collaborative mentality with a passion for quality, individualized care
- Eagerness to embrace and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to outpatients
- Conduct detailed assessments, develop and implement customized plans of care
- Accurately complete documentation during paid, scheduled time
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support overall patient well-being
