Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Pleasanton, CA or San Francisco, CA - Hybrid (Once in a week onsite in office)

Duration: 09-month contract (with possible extension)

Start Date: Targeting May 2026

Pay Rate: $79.13/hr. on W2

Job Description:

• 6+ years of experience overseeing activities focused on driving culture change within organizations.
• Help leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements by building change capability across teams and workforce.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate results.
• Present findings and insights to project teams and senior leadership.
• Recommend and implement effective change management plans.
• Advise leadership on Organizational Development, Change Management, and Behavioral Change issues to ensure successful roll-out of initiatives.
