Home Improvement Sales Representative – Drive Growth for a Premier Sacramento Remodeler

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 (Commission Only)
• Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the primary face of a nationally recognized franchise, transforming customer visions into reality through high-end bathroom remodeling solutions. This role offers the freedom of an ambitious sales environment backed by confirmed appointments and a leadership team dedicated to your financial success. You will have the chance to significantly impact the lives of Sacramento homeowners while achieving an industry-leading income.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Convert confirmed leads into successful remodeling projects by conducting professional in-home sales presentations.
• Educate homeowners on the technical aspects of the bathroom remodeling process and the benefits of Five Star Bath Solutions.
• Develop tailored project proposals that align with client budgets, aesthetic preferences, and structural requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to maintain a consistent flow of work for the production teams.
• Coordinate with the Client Relations team to ensure a seamless transition from the point of sale to project commencement.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the initial design phase.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a valid In-home sales license.
• Demonstrated experience in high-ticket in-home sales or the construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of residential bathroom remodeling processes and materials.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 3 years of successful sales experience in the home improvement sector.
• A "D" (Dominance) personality profile on the DISC assessment, characterized by drive and competitiveness.
• Advanced communication skills with a proven ability to close complex sales cycles.
• Being bilingual in Spanish would be a big plus.
