From smooth, creamy, and indulgent plant-based protein shakes, to juicy, refreshing hydration mixes, every sip is packed with wellness benefits and flavor, to support you and pirq up your taste buds.

THE ROLE

Pirq is seeking energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to bring our brand to life in communities nationwide. In this part-time, hourly role, you'll serve as the face of the brand—engaging with consumers, sharing our story, and delivering impactful sampling experiences that highlight wellness, flavor, and connection. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and taking a hands-on approach to event work.

  • This position is not remote or office based. Brand Ambassadors work exclusively in the field at various store locations and events, and should be prepared to travel to different stores each day (including weekends) based on scheduling and business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Build the Brand

  • Represent Pirq with professionalism and energy at events, retail locations, commuter hubs, universities, and community gatherings.
  • Execute sampling events that showcase product benefits and brand story.
  • Deliver compelling talking points that connect with a wide range of consumers.
  • Share product knowledge and brand story in an authentic and approachable way.
  • Educate consumers on nutritional benefits, and differentiators of our products.
  • Follow all compliance protocols, including food safety, health department permits, and brand guidelines.
  • Support in gathering content and photos to recap events.
  • Track and report sampling metrics (units sampled, impressions, consumer feedback).
  • Share insights with Area Sales Manager on what worked well and where improvements can be made.
  • Partner closely with Area Sales Managers, Director of Field Sales, and fellow Brand Ambassadors.
  • Be flexible to assist in different markets or event types as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school degree required.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in field marketing, events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for food, beverage, wellness, and community connection.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods during events.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have an active and valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation to get to and from warehouse and/or events.

COMPENSATION

  • $25-$35/hour dependent on market and experience.
  • The actual base salary will vary based on factors such as market conditions, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process. The salary range provided is a guideline and may be adjusted accordingly.
