Role Overview

We are seeking multilingual experts to support the development and evaluation of AI tutoring systems across multiple languages.

In this role, you will create, annotate, and evaluate prompts, rubrics, and model responses in your target language. You will help ensure that AI systems can reason accurately, communicate clearly, and perform effectively in real-world multilingual contexts.

This role goes beyond translation. It requires strong judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to evaluate both correctness and quality of reasoning.

What You'll Do

  • Annotate and evaluate prompts, rubrics, and AI-generated responses in your target language
  • Design structured rubrics to assess answer quality, reasoning, and explanation clarity
  • Translate and localize content while preserving meaning, tone, and intent
  • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and failure modes in model outputs
  • Review and QA annotations to ensure consistency and alignment with guidelines
  • Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks and multilingual quality standards

Core Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills in both your target language and English
  • Ability to evaluate correctness, reasoning quality, and clarity of explanations
  • Experience with annotation, translation, or structured content evaluation

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Master's degree or higher (STEM or non-STEM)
  • Experience designing or applying evaluation rubrics
  • Background in education, tutoring, or academic content creation
  • Familiarity with AI systems or model evaluation workflows

  • Strong analytical judgment and structured thinking
  • Comfortable working independently with clear guidelines
  • Able to balance speed with accuracy and quality
  • Proactive in identifying issues and improving outputs

Compensation & Logistics

  • Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
  • Contract: Independent contractor
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Schedule: Flexible within agreed weekly hours
