Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications ARRT (CT) or ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years. References must have worked with you for a combined 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Must Have: Must have experience with adult acute care, Emergency Department, and PACS. Must Have: Must have skills in contrast administration, peripheral IV starts, and multiplanar reconstruction (MRP). EPIC
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
