A company is looking for a Senior Estimator to support semiconductor facility projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage workload, team tasks, and perform quality assurance and controlReconcile invoices and change orders with general contractors and subcontractorsDevelop client relationships andprovide support to senior management through reporting and inquiriesRequired QualificationsBS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field5+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity SurveyingProfessional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent is preferredExperience with semiconductor, manufacturing, high-tech, or data center projects is requiredProficient in cost estimating and relevant construction technology
