About the Role
The Front Desk Office Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring Prado Group's office operates seamlessly and professionally while delivering a high-quality experience for employees, executives, and visitors. Serving as both the face of the office and a key operational partner, this role combines front desk leadership, office management, and administrative coordination.
This position requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The Coordinator proactively manages office operations, supports executive logistics in partnership with the Chief of Staff, and drives organization and efficiency across daily workflows and special projects. This position has a starting range of $35.00 per hour.
