We're hiring a "mini-COO" to help build the manufacturing backbone of AI.

Not a traditional Chief of Staff.

Not a coordinator.

A builder.

THEMA is launching Europe's first pure-play photonics foundry—the platform for the optical chips powering AI data centers, hyperscale networks, and next-gen compute.

This isn't a slide deck:

• Operational cleanroom
• 40+ years of semiconductor heritage
• Partnership with IMEC
• Anchor customer already in motion

We're looking for a Head of Growth & Operations / Chief of Staff to sit next to the CEO and turn momentum into scale.

You'll own:

? GTM + early revenue motion

? Strategic partnerships (EU + hyperscale)

? Recruiting + company build

? Fundraising support + investor narrative

? Internal ops + execution cadence

One week you're helping close a customer.

The next you're solving a hiring bottleneck or driving a board narrative.
