Salary range: $90.000 - $110.000

What You'll Do

• Lead CI strategy aligned with plant and corporate goals
• Drive cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)
• Implement Lean tools (5S, standard work, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
• Coach teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Track performance, ROI, and sustain results

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years in CI leadership
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Additional Info

• Travel between Fairfield & Ukiah required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hands-on role with shop floor involvement
