About the Role

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / HVAC to support a campus facilities environment in Vallejo, CA. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with strong HVAC expertise and experience across electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff, while also supporting preventive maintenance programs and small facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
• Address plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
• Complete general building maintenance (lighting, doors, flooring, painting)
• Accurately log maintenance activities and work orders
• Assist with minor construction and campus projects
• Support safe operations and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and HVAC (commercial or facilities preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits

• ?? Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
• ??? 10 days of paid vacation after 90 days of service
