Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology

?? Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

??Hybrid - San Francisco - 3 days in office

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (think software engineers / support engineers) for a global fintech/payments organisation.

You'll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

?? What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

?? What You Bring:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Track record in Tech hiring on a global scale
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
• Build real Trust with our client
