Consulting Point is partnering with a fast-growing strategy and transactions advisory firm in the US that is expanding its Private Equity practice. The firm is looking to hire experienced Partner level candidates with experience working with US based PE portfolio companies in Value Creation covering:

Top-line Value Creation

• Revenue/EBITDA enhancement, GTM, New Market Entry, Pricing, Sales Effectiveness, Marketing, Operating Model Re-design

Bottom Value Creation

• Cost take-out, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain, technology modernization (e.g. AI, Digital), finance transformation ("Office of the CFO")

The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact work to private equity private equity, venture capital and institutional investors while maintaining a sustainable consulting model, with a hybrid working structure (typically two days in office and three days remote) and limited client travel.

Key requirements

• Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years' experience within a leading strategy consultancy or specialist private equity advisory firm. Experience delivering CDDs/ODDs, and/or Top-line or Bottom-line value creation work for private equity portfolio companies is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering value creation consulting engagements into mid and large cap PE firms. Direct experience with private equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies is a must.
• Good network of clients in the large and mid-cap PE space with average personal sales above $3m per annum
• Experience in at least one core sector such as Technology and Software, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Industrials, Consumer/Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Energy or B2B Professional Services.
• Ability to manage client relationships, lead project teams and contribute to business development activities. More senior candidates should demonstrate experience building client networks, originating work and supporting proposal development.
• Strong ability to structure complex strategic problems, conduct primary research, develop investment theses and translate insights into actionable recommendations for private equity investors and portfolio company leadership teams.
