Role Description

The Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Strategic Partnerships, will oversee high-level initiatives that optimize company operations and foster strategic collaborations with key partners. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, leading cross-functional project execution, managing profit and loss (P&L), and developing long-term strategies to scale the organization's services. The role will focus on building and maintaining partnerships with wellness-oriented organizations and corporate stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with opportunities for remote work part-time.

The Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Strategic Partnerships, is a core executive leadership role responsible for scaling the company from early-stage pilots to enterprise deployment.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and revenue growth, translating vision into execution across partnerships, deployments, and client success.

This is a high-impact, equity-driven opportunity for a leader who wants to operate at the executive level while building long-term ownership in a high-growth AI company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop enterprise partnerships (health systems, employers, strategic collaborators)
  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Oversee end-to-end operational execution of pilot programs and deployments
  • Build and optimize sales pipelines, CRM systems, and revenue operations
  • Manage vendor and strategic partner relationships, including device and infrastructure partners
  • Support pricing strategy, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Establish scalable operational frameworks and performance metrics
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Partner directly with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives and expansion plans

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of experience in operations, sales, or general management leadership
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Experience managing enterprise clients, partnerships, or multi-site operations
  • Strong background in team leadership, CRM systems, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale in ambiguity

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee organizational effectiveness and financial performance
  • Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Project Management to execute large-scale initiatives and manage cross-functional projects effectively
  • Experience managing Customer Service strategies and relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
  • Experience working in health tech, SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or related industries is a strong advantage

Total Equity Potential

Up to 1.0%+ ownership through:

  • Role-based equity
  • Performance-based incentives
  • PLUS additional upside via investment participation

Why This Role Matters

This is not a traditional executive role.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Help build a category-defining AI platform in health and performance
  • Operate as a true partner in scaling the business
  • Own meaningful equity in a company entering the enterprise growth phase
  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategy, execution, and expansion

Ideal Candidate Mindset

  • Thinks like an operator and an owner
  • Motivated by long-term equity value creation over short-term cash
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with high upside
  • Driven to build systems that scale

This role is designed for a leader who wants more than a title—

Someone who wants ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help build a company from early traction to scale.
