FP&A Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-Site)

We're partnering with a fast-growing, lifestyle-focused organization to hire an FP&A Analyst to join a lean, high-impact finance team. This role offers strong visibility, close partnership with leadership, and hands-on exposure to real business decision-making.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco and is ideal for someone early in their finance career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What You'll Do

• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
• Partner closely with Accounting, Operations, and cross-functional teams
• Own recurring monthly reporting as well as ad-hoc analytical projects
• Prepare clear, detail-oriented reporting for leadership

What They're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or Big 4 audit/advisory
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large models)
• Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
• Curious, driven, and comfortable working in a lean team
