Topa Group is partnered with a premier security integrator in the Bay area.

They are seeking a skilled Security Service Technician to join their team. You should be familiar with inspecting, testing, servicing, trouble shooting and repairing Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Systems in medium and large commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls requiring installation, programming or repair to Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems
• Test all systems and equipment, after repairs are made, to ensure performance of system.
• Performing maintenance service calls at customer sites
• Install, diagnose and repair/replace wiring, devices and both analog and digital control panels for security, access control, and CCTV systems
• Maintain and repair CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion system components, including circuit cards, power supplies, software, copper and fiber optic systems platforms.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
• Assist customers on site with questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.
• Installation, service, troubleshooting and programming numerous Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems including: RS2, Samsung Hanwha, DMP, Bosch, Avigilon, Axis, and Milestone are desired.
• Knowledge of computer programming and technologies related to Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems is preferred.
