**Job Title: Material Handler / Warehouse Associate****Location: Benecia, CA****Pay rate: $24/HR** **Job Overview:**Material Handlers maintain the flow of inventory by managing the receipt, stocking, and delivery of materials within the warehouse. This position requires flexibility in dutiesand a commitment to support the organization's mission, core values, and operational success.**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**+ Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks; inspect materials for quality compliance+ Stock and transfer materials to designated locations by sequence (bin, rack, size, type, style, length)+ Mark materials with appropriate identification+ Transfer materials to/from shops for modifications+ Assemble customer orders from stock; package orders for delivery in boxes or pallets+ Pull orders for delivery and stock transfer; load onto trucks or move to packing area using forklifts, cranes, or heavy equipment+ Prepare documentation for shipments (UPS, LTL, SH, Air)+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety policies+ Adhere to and promote required safety standards, guidelines, and training+ Perform additional projects or duties as assigned+ Take reasonable care for personal safety and health, report hazards/injuries/illness promptly**Qualifications**+ High School Diploma or GED required+ Ability to learn company global, federal, health and safety regulations+ Typing and basic computer skills; ability to learn warehouse management systems and business processes+ Basic math and reading proficiency+ Legal work status documentation required+ Proficiency in English (spoken and written)+ Ability to comply with company guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest policiesAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
