YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, strong floor presence, and a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop the management and hourly teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Manage scheduling, labor planning, ordering, inventory, and operational systems to support efficiency, consistency, and financial performance
  • Uphold service standards, training programs, and quality expectations across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's level of hospitality
  • Partner closely with culinary and senior leadership to support smooth communication, strong service execution, and alignment between front and back of house
  • Handle guest relations, team performance, daily problem-solving, and additional operational needs as directed by senior management to ensure a well-run, guest-focused restaurant

BACKGROUND PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager with a $6M+ upscale, full-service restaurant
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, costs, and overall restaurant performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong floor presence with a genuine passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Energetic, people-focused, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and genuine enjoyment of working with both guests and team members
