We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Package Sorters to assist with short-term warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines. Job Duties:Sort, scan, and organize packages by size, destination, or route. Load and unload packages (20-30 lbs) from pallets, carts, or conveyor belts. Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals. Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Prior warehouse or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. Spanish preferred but not required.
