Adventist Health System - 525 Oregon Street - Responsibilities: Delivers direct/indirect care for individual patients, or an assigned group of patients, receiving psychiatric care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).; Uses de-escalation techniques and less restrictive interventions when providing nursing care.; Processes admissions and discharges, and completes intake interviews and orientation, as needed.; Monitors diagnostic results and reports to the Registered Nurse (RN).; Obtains medication consent forms prior to administering medications and administers medications according to physician orders.
