SALARY RANGE: $17.50 per hour commission and service charge. The Lead Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional massage and body treatment services while serving as a senior and operational resource for the massage team. This role supports service quality, training, onboarding, and protocol consistency, and assists spa leadership with daily operations, mentoring, and performance support. The Lead Massage Therapist models technical excellence, guest care, and professionalism aligned with Silverado Resort service standards.
