SALARY RANGE: $18.00 per hour. Lead GTS Kids Camp Counselor assists Director of Tennis with running a smooth operation of the GTS (Golf - Tennis - Swim) Camp. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Successfully engages and redirects the attention of multiple children during ongoing exercises and activities. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Ensure kids are safe at all times. Monitoring signing in and our records. Ensure kids have their equipment and personal belongings. Adhere to kids' lunch and pool schedule.
