This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with the rapidly growing US Enzyme Therapies Business Unit (BU) and to provide strategic input. As part of the US Pricing, Access, Value and Evidence (PAVE) team, the Associate Director, Market Access Strategy will drive US value, access, and reimbursement strategies to enable timely and sustainable patient access, coverage, and reimbursement for 2-3 disease areas within the Enzyme Therapies BU. Reporting to the Sr. Director, U.S. Value and Access Strategy Lead, Enzyme Therapies, this individual will play a critical role in aligning cross functional teams, managing payer and channel strategies, and shaping the external market access environment to support product value and commercial success.
