Overview:undefinedResponsibilities:Coordinating the daily operation of park zones, and administering daily assignments for the teamComplying with and enforcing all aspects of the Park Services training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentationWriting and updating a department schedule; assisting in specialized recruiting when appropriateAnswering guest questionsMotivating and interacting with Supervisors, Leads, and Team MembersCoaching Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members to monitor efficiency standards and achieve cleanliness standard across the parkAuditing the skills and performance of department Team Members, Leads, and SupervisorsCoaching and developing Team Members on guest service, training, safety, and efficiencyOverseeing the development of Supervisors and LeadsCompleting and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the departmentEnforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policiesAssisting in other areas of the Park Services DepartmentPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualifications:At least 18 years of ageBe able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languagePrevious park services experienceBe available to work flexible hours at night, weekends and holidays
