Overview

  • Adobe is seeking an Events and Operations Manager to support the Adoption Marketing team in delivering customer learning events and advocacy programs across Adobe Experience Cloud products. This role will focus on end-to-end project management, customer program coordination, in-person event execution, and operational support for large-scale customer engagement initiatives.
  • This person will work closely with Adoption Marketing, Customer Engagement, Experience League Platform, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Adobe Champions, Adobe's premier customer advocate program consisting of 220+ enterprise customers across CX solutions
  • Manage the application process for the 2026-2027 Adobe Champion class
  • Coordinate end-to-end judging workflows across six solution areas
  • Track submissions, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and judging panel coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for strategic customer advocates
  • Manage communications, documentation, enablement tracking, and operational workflows
  • Execute logistics for the Adobe Champion Forum multi-day in-person event
  • Coordinate vendors, catering, AV, room logistics, scheduling, and onsite execution
  • Build and maintain run-of-show documentation and internal event communications
  • Coordinate speaker preparation, slide collection, and product team participation
  • Support planning and execution for Adobe Summit 2027
  • Partner with adoption marketers on event programming and session coordination
  • Work with the centralized Summit team on scheduling and event logistics
  • Support customer content delivery for Skill Exchange at Summit sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in events, marketing, customer marketing, or program management
  • Strong experience managing complex event logistics and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience supporting customer advocacy or customer engagement programs
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or agents to improve operational efficiency
  • Marketo experience is a plus

Compensation

Pay Rate: $60.00 to $62.68 per hour
