The Plant Human Resource Manager will lead the main responsibilities of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee engagement, talent strategy, plant leadership support, recruiting, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and managing company policies and practices. In this role, you will:?Provide support and guidance to leadership team and advise on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the plants human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and retention. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems. Maintain records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, turnover and absenteeism.
