The Plant Human Resource Manager will lead the main responsibilities of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee engagement, talent strategy, plant leadership support, recruiting, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and managing company policies and practices. In this role, you will:?Provide support and guidance to leadership team and advise on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
