Agile Project Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA - Hybrid

Duration: Long-term Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Agile Project Manager with Scrum coordination experience to support engineering and delivery operations for a growing global technology initiative. The role requires strong project tracking, cross-functional coordination, process documentation, and operational governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital transformation
• Run Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track project progress, sprint velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Manage and validate system access requests and escalate when needed
• Coordinate onboarding of reusable assets into SharePoint/repository platforms
• Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely asset publishing and documentation
• Maintain SDLC/process documentation and delivery workflows
• Support operational governance and continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in technology environments
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage both project tracking and operational tasks independently
