What you'll do

• Design and prototype robotic hardware systems
• Own actuator integration and mechanical design
• Perform FEA and structural analysis
• Build grippers, tooling, fixtures, and robotic assemblies
• Collaborate closely with software and ML teams
• Take designs from concept to deployment in industrial environments

Ideal background

• Mechanical engineering experience in robotics, hardware, aerospace, autonomous systems, or advanced products
• Strong CAD capability (SolidWorks, Onshape, Fusion 360 or similar)
• Experience with prototyping, fabrication, and mechanical systems
• Builder mentality — personal projects, hardware portfolios, or evidence you genuinely enjoy creating things
