Always Best Care - 479 Mason Street, Suite 109 - Responsibilities: Front Desk & Phones: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion; Route calls and take accurate messages; Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors; Scheduling Support: Assist with caregiver/client scheduling needs; Provide backup support when scheduling gaps arise; Communicate schedule updates clearly; Administrative Support: Prepare folders for clients, marketing, and recruiting; Track and complete daily administrative tasks; Coordinate meeting notes and follow-ups; Maintain office supplies and organization; Assist with mail, deliveries, and office coordination
