Sage Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Answer sales office phones when sales staff not available; Type correspondence, reports and necessary forms i.e. contracts, as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directed; Coordinate of all group and wedding business as contracted by the sales manager/DOS and follow up on contracted business within five working days; Communicate with various departments to ensure meetings and related functions are executed to exceed client expectations; Maintain well documented, organized client files and develop strong customer relationships
