An Insurance Broker is seeking a proven Commercial Lines Sales Leader to own and grow their Northern California region - someone with 15+ years in the P&C insurance space, heavy commercial focus, and a track record of building winning sales cultures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Drive commercial middle market business
• Develop existing and new producers
• Recruit and attract local sales talent
• Foster a high-performing sales team culture built on accountability and collaboration.
• Evaluate sales process and pipeline discipline to increase revenue
• Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
• Partner closely with key stakeholders within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active P&C license
• 15+ years of experience
• Middle-market account experience ($100K+ premium)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Established carrier and market relationships in the West Coast region
