Jr. Salesforce Administrator (San Francisco, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in San Francisco, CA in search of an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing administration, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce platforms and related systems.
This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative and purpose-driven organization focused on leveraging data, systems, and technology to support large-scale initiatives. The Associate Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, improving user experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure systems are running efficiently, supporting both daily operations and long-term initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and genuinely enjoys problem solving. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities while supporting internal stakeholders. A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will set this person up for success in this role.

Hours: Full-time, standard business hours
Pay Rate: $28–30/hour depending on experience and location (candidates who sit in the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority)
