SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor Associate. This position will be involved in all aspects of wealth management for clients of the firm. The Advisor Associate will work within our Advisory Team, mainly supporting other Wealth Advisors, to help provide the highest levels of service to the firm's clients.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute investment plans, RMD (Required Minimum Distributions) calculations and distributions, tax loss harvesting coordination, etc.Develop positive relationships with clients by attending meetings, calls and handling administrative requests directly as well as from team members on behalf of clientsHandle all client matters in a timely and efficient mannerProvide administrative support to team members including the preparation of correspondence, meeting materials, files, presentations and literature as directedCreate and supply data for reports at the direction of the advisors and directorsDevelop working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, such as gift, estate and income tax planning, insurance, credit solutions, education funding, charitable/philanthropic strategies, etc.Research client issues as directed and present dataBe a positive team player who works effectively within an entrepreneurial environmentActively service client accounts by processing paperwork for accounts, track and monitor account/asset transfers, and process transaction requests as directedRequirements3-6 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferredCompleted or willing to pursue CFP®Series 65 – or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employmentContinuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiativeReliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challengesMust be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasksDemonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality workExcellent written and verbal communicationCollaborative and able to work effectively with othersDiversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at WealthspireEqual Opportunity: All employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
